For mothers and new babies who are not yet walking. Join a warm and accepting space to land with your baby and connect with your breath and body. This class offers gentle, embodied movement designed to support your postpartum recovery while deepening the bond between you and your baby. With soothing meditation, gentle massage and stretches for your baby, stretches for Mammy and space for connection.
